Kurtsan Otomotiv San. ve Tic. A.Ş. was founded in Konya in 1982. Having produced wheel hubs for trucks, trailers, buses and commercial vehicles since 1982, Kurtsan continuously improves its production line by keeping up with advancing technologies. In 2016, with an investment of more than €10,000,000, Kurtsan's new factory was established on a 10,000 m² area in Konya 4th Organized Industrial Zone, supplying hub and hub kit products to leading OE manufacturers and automotive suppliers.
The new factory includes a fully automatic molding line, melting furnace, shot blasting line, CNC machining area, CMM measurement area, assembly area, paint shop and warehouse. In all these areas, employees are provided with a healthy working environment in compliance with occupational health and safety rules, with appropriate equipment and personal protective equipment.
Kurtsan has proven its quality with certificates approved by Bureau Veritas. With ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 quality certifications, Kurtsan — a leader in its sector — will always continue to invest in the future and quality.
Exporting 92% of its production, Kurtsan ships its products to 82 countries and has firmly established itself among world-renowned brands. Through agreements with SKF, FAG and Timken bearing brands, it also offers customers bearing-equipped hub kit products. Exporting 50% of its production to Europe and making an effective entry into the American market, Kurtsan — with over 750 product varieties — is a unique manufacturer and ideal business partner.
