Painting & Storage

At Kurtsan's painting facility, parts undergo multi-stage surface preparation and shot blasting before passing through electrostatic powder coating lines. Products with completed anti-corrosion coating are neatly stacked in 5,000 m² of covered storage space and prepared for shipment.

Kurtsan's coordinate measuring unit (CMM) scans every manufactured part in three dimensions with micron-level precision. All measurement results are recorded digitally to ensure full compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
